Our repertoire includes the refurbishment of properties in the Georgian Quarter in Liverpool and Conservation area in Bootle which requires a specialist and respectful approach, as we work closely with the local councils and conservationists to revive these beautiful properties.

Current Developments

Eastham House

Eastham House is a historic 300 year old manor house located in the conservation area of Eastham Village. This development will see 37 units lovingly restored to then be released on the open market. Eastham Village was established in 1152 and was first mentioned in the Doomsday book. This development in this charming village located on the Wirral combines history with the need for much needed rental accommodation in the area for young professionals due to its ideal location being 20 minutes drive to both Liverpool City Centre and Chester.

Each unit will be finished to a high specification and come with fully fitted kitchen, integrated appliances, fully tiled bathroom and gas central heating throughout. Residents will benefit from off road parking and a large picturesque garden area to the rear.

Recently completed Developments

Regency Court, Liverpool

Regency Court is a conversion of terrace houses into 16 luxury self contained apartments. Located on Derby Lane, Old Swan, in close proximity to Liverpool City Centre and the M62 motorway, the development will provide much needed rental accommodation to professionals in the area. Nearby Prescot Road offers many amenities, including a Tesco superstore, shops and pubs.

Each apartment will be finished to a high specification and come with fully fitted kitchen, integrated appliances, fully tiled bathroom, double glazed windows and gas central heating throughout. Residents will benefit from off road parking and a large garden area to the rear.

Buck I'th Vine, Ormskirk


The Buck I'th Vine is a late 17th Century, grade II listed public house located in the centre of the historic market town of Ormskirk. Empty for the last 3 years, Mitty Group will use their expertise with listed buildings to bring the well known pub back to its former glory, while retaining many original features.

This 9 month project will see the historic pub lovingly restored throughout.

The Stables, Ormskirk



 
The Stables is a new development in the heart of Ormskirk town centre, only 10 minutes walk from Edge Hill University and 2 minutes walk to Ormskirk train station. The new development will see the conversion of a grade II listed barn that had fallen into disrepair.

Set for completion October 2018, this latest development by Mitty Group will consist of 15 luxury student bedrooms over 4 flats to the 1st and second floors. To the ground floor there will be a 4000sqft bar and restaurant. An additional courtyard allows for alfresco dining.
