New development acquiredMitty Group are excited to announce they have purchased the historic 300 year old Eastham House in Eastham Village conservation area. This development will see 37 units lovingly refurbished and brought to the rental market. The manor house is set in 5 acres of picturesque gardens. Completion is set for summer 2022. 5 
Completion at the Stiles
Mitty Group have completed the development at the Stiles, Ormskirk. Consisting of 16 student units and a restaurant on the ground floor LET to Spitroast. This succesful development brought back in to use a 350 year old barn and stables which at previoulsy been earmarked for demolition. Using their expertise with Listed buildinging they created a steel structure inside the barn to suport it for years to come
Completion at the Regency
Mitty Group have completed the conversion of the Regency in Old Swan, LIverpool. Planning had been granted for the conversion of the property into 16 self contained luxury apartments, with off road parking and garden to the rear. The recently completed apartments were a welcome addition to the rental market
